This version maps the estimated share of households that are both owner-occupied and mortgage-free. It keeps stable streets whole, but splits longer streets into reasonable portions where the signal changes enough to matter.

How to read this map
Reasonable portions
Long streets split only where the ownership context changes enough. Short or stable streets stay whole.
Detached only
The geometry and rows are detached-house focused, so apartment and townhouse-heavy signals do not wash out the old-house street read.
